We are a team of 40 split between the UK and Latvia and are growing rapidly. You will be working closely with our Product Director and the development team to deliver our product pipeline.

Run kick-off meetings to onboard and align the development team with the business needs and help developers refine the technical solutions.
Facilitate communication during development. Be the point of contact for developers, QA engineers, and other team members during the development phase about your features. Address uncertainties, answer questions, and facilitate communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and any roadblocks are quickly resolved.
Document and support feature launch. Prepare internal release notes and knowledge base documentation outlining new functionality and its intended use. If necessary, conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure they are familiar with the product and can effectively support customers or users.
