People Operations Specialist
Edurio is on its way to improving education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to join us on the journey.
We help schools and school groups survey their parents, pupils, and staff to build organisations where people thrive. We currently work with over 2000 schools in the United Kingdom and Latvia and are planning to grow significantly over the next year.
As a People Operations Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, organising internal events, and promoting community wellbeing within our organisation.
Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing our community, HR policies and procedures, and recruitment. The role will be varied requiring both strategic planning and hands-on execution so expect to be participating in a wide range of projects. Some of the activities you can expect to be involved with are:
Community Management & Events:
Plan and execute team corporate events that strengthen team bonds and align with our culture.
Employer Branding & Culture:
Develop and promote a strong employer brand that resonates with our vision and company culture.
Foster an environment that is aligned with our core values.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
Design and implement engaging onboarding experiences that seamlessly integrate new team members.
HR Management:
Develop initiatives to monitor and improve employee wellbeing.
Create opportunities for career development and continuous learning to support professional growth.
Review and enhance compensation structures to reflect market trends and team member needs.
