We are looking for a Customer Survey Specialist to work closely with our UK customers, guiding them through the full survey journey. From planning and design to implementation and insight, you will ensure surveys are methodologically sound, aligned to customer goals, and deliver clear value.
Job Overview:
The Customer Survey Specialist owns the quality and execution of customer surveys. You will act as the expert partner for survey design and delivery, working alongside Customer Success Managers to ensure each customer’s survey programme supports their wider strategic objectives.
You will guide customers on best practice survey design, build surveys in the Edurio platform, oversee implementation, and help interpret results so customers can take action with confidence. You will also feed learning back into the wider team to continuously improve how Edurio supports surveying at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Survey Journey Management:
Partner with Customer Success Managers to plan and manage customers’ annual survey cycles
Advise customers on how to use the Edurio survey builder and apply principles of good survey design
Analyse survey results and support customers in understanding strengths, risks, and priorities through reports and customer conversations
Surveying Content Management:
Work closely with customers to ensure survey content is aligned with their strategic goals
Build or co-create surveys that are structurally sound and enable meaningful insights within the Edurio platform
Act as the first point of contact for all survey design and content questions
Use deep knowledge of the Edurio question library, customer use cases, and internal insight to guide survey selection and question design
Share patterns, trends, and learning on survey design with internal teams
Survey Implementation:
Manage the end-to-end survey implementation process, including customer data collection, user setup, and communication timelines
Ensure accurate handover of customer information to the Support team to enable smooth survey launches
Support customers during live surveys where needed, ensuring confidence and clarity throughout
Customer Lifetime Value and Relationships:
Build strong, trusted relationships with customers through consistent, high-quality support
Contribute to customer retention and long-term value by ensuring surveys deliver clear, actionable outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve survey processes, service quality, and customer experience over time
What we are looking for:
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience or strong interest in the education sector, ideally in the UK or other English-speaking contexts
Experience or clear interest in research principles and survey design
A strong customer mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, outcome-driven experiences
Comfort creating structure in ambiguous situations and improving processes independently or collaboratively
